How to Integrate Thomson Reuters Case Center App with VIDIZMO

Thomson Reuters Case Center is a solution built to streamline hearings and trials for courts and administrative hearing agencies, expedite case resolution for prosecutors and defense counsel, and improve case preparation for law firms and self-represented litigants.

By integrating Thomson Reuters Case Center with VIDIZMO, you can link VIDIZMO cases with Case Center cases and send evidence directly from VIDIZMO to Case Center.

Prerequisites​

  • Contact VIDIZMO Support to have the Thomson Reuters Case Center app available for installation in your Integration Apps.
  • You must be a Thomson Reuters Case Center Organization Administrator with app management permissions in your VIDIZMO Portal group.
  • You must have a Thomson Reuters Case Center account.

Thomson Reuters Case Center Credentials​

To integrate VIDIZMO with Thomson Reuters Case Center, you need the following information from your Case Center account:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Organization ID
  • Domain

Install and Configure the App​

  1. In VIDIZMO, select the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation pane.
  2. Expand the Admin section and select Portal Settings.
  3. Go to Apps > Integration Apps.
  4. Select Add New Apps.
  5. In the Apps Catalog, select the plus icon to add the Thomson Reuters Case Center app.

  1. Select the settings icon on the Thomson Reuters Case Center app.
  2. In the settings dialog, enter the following information:
    • Username Your Thomson Reuters Case Center username.
    • Password Your Thomson Reuters Case Center password.
    • Organization ID Your organization's ID in Case Center.
    • Domain Your Case Center domain (for example, https://yourorg.casecenter.thomsonreuters.com).

  1. Select Save Changes.
  2. Turn on the toggle for the Thomson Reuters Case Center app to enable it.

Once the app is enabled, you can link cases and send evidence from VIDIZMO to Thomson Reuters Case Center.
